#2 & 3

And so, two weekends have passed.

#2 Urban Scapes!
(16 July 2011)
(I do not know why it has been rotated as such.)

My first; finally!
When I bought it, I almost knew I wouldn't go again because it was not free admission but I am curious for at least one entry.
No regrets there.

Funky shoes, I must say, those below. I am curious about all these things! Not that I would buy these shoes. Colours and patterns and design and whatnots just attract me that way. *financial pocket says phew*

Lots of these...

Only one of this...

More new things I saw. Looks cool! But entirely unpractical. Not to mention costly. (I should shush.)

The largest stage there! But not one with the best music for me :P Picture up next had the nicest :P Indie~

That's Diandra Arjunaidi... and her friends?

And among other things that caught my attention, plus not lazy enough to not put it here :)

And it was goodbye! I should post up such things sooner while the hype is much stronger. :]

(23 July 2011)
And it was finally... ...

#3 Sungai Chiling!

Hurray! :D

I prayed and prayed that it doesn't rain.
The night before we went, I dreamt that it rained so bad that so many places were flooded, we had to turn back from driving to the place itself!
It did not feel good.

It drizzled when I left my place but it soon stopped. :D

But boy, did it take a while to get there. Well, longer than I thought. An hour plus, I suppose, excluding the breakfast break we took in Rawang and along a street where some of them bought packed rice (cheap! But imagine carrying them while crossing rivers!).

We registered at a little booth/place and found out that 200 people have entered and not one has exited! New structures have been built but they seem all right. The place still seemed fine (note: my first time there).

Halfway through, it started to rain a little. We thought about it and went ahead, it stopped. At the 3rd crossing, I almost lost my balance, so I bent forward and someone shouted, "push her push her!" *laughs* (myself included) and I felt the slightest nudge ever and pull back and my next few steps were goners.
All of me went into the water (I think) and the first thing I thought about was, "Omgosh, the chicken rice!"
It was in my bag.
It was fine.
Heh.
River crossing is fun. Now I know why Hsien Yew likes that place so much! I love it, too!

We finally reached the waterfall!
Not that it felt long or hard. So fun :P

There were many people...
More at the higher level... ...so, we didn't head further up.
At least we found a spot to sit and eat. To hang around the waters but GOSH WAS IT COLD.
But still really nice :)

:)

Then, it rained.
We took shelter, a rather failed attempt. Freezing, almost.
And it rained.
So, off we went!
Towards the end, the rain pretty much stopped and we rinsed our shoes and feet and head off to have that nasi mangkuk P:

No pictures. You should go there yourself one day if you have not!

Okay, that's not the reason. I just don't have the pictures. They're on Facebook :P

#1b

It was church, then to Kuala Lumpur~! today. By train, the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM).

A walk past Central Market (Pasar Seni) to Lai Foong coffee shop where we had beef noodles. Well, most of us did. And no egg tarts (my favourite!) :( I usually continue after 'my favourite' by saying that I judge all other egg tarts.

Then, it was Petaling Street a.k.a. Chinatown, where we got price-cheated buying ma chi
(I seriously should improve my illustration/photo taking awareness. I guess I've been to these places more than once, hence.)

More walking. Entered Central Market. Art looked quite pretty and omgosh there was a pretty cool art store in some corner!

Then, it was the train back and a pop by to Snowflake.

I am terribly. tired.

#1a

I did not have plans for today. I thought it might just turn out uneventful. The rally aside, since I was somewhat grounded.

Instead, I
got closer to the end of my Figuring Things Out plan for this weekend (or so I feel),
was on Skype with a few others whereby we updated each other and prayed together (and laughed about parents entering our group conversation),
hung out with Victor at Upstairs Cafe and found it to be a great spot,
had a good Skype time with Eunice (finally!).

I have not returned from these places with illustrations but the plan is to do so for future posts. (I have a project! :o)

Upstairs Cafe would be one of the places to go if I feel sad and not stingy. The ice blended chocolate chip cream was GOOD. I like finding bits of chocolate chips in my mouth. The more the better P:

## test.

I have not figured things out as of yet. But at the surge of the moment, I am deciding (tentatively, but probably most certainly, but one never really knows) to start this new place.

This is making a point to do something every weekend. Do something, preferably outside.

Outside of (the)
routine,
house,
building,
mall,
road,
park,
sky,
random,
(fill in blank whenever).

Something that isn't the same as the last (if that can be helped; this is the result of not having things figured out yet). Something unselfish. Something good.

Colour of font comes with mood. Companion is always God (the One who sent Jesus) and whatever that led to the produce of each post.

I have no clue what will happen next. After this weekend, at most.

A fair bit of brackets, mhmm.
